UPDATED: It is confirmed the next power (84) is indeed BLASTPRO which has just been released for 400 xats. BLASTPRO is a group power which creates an animation pop up when a rank is promoted. EG: guest to member; member to moderator; moderator to owner (this does work with temporary one’s aswell). See wiki for more details.
